Our Story

Every order is a gift. In 2023 our founder shipped his first personalized gift and made one rule that never changed: every order is a gift we send on your behalf. 100,000+ gifts later, Custom Giftery personalizes, prints and packs every order in our Detroit, Michigan workshop.

Our mission

To help people say I love you, I remember you, I am proud of you with gifts that carry a name, made with care and delivered with heart.

Our vision

To become America’s most trusted home for personalized gifts, where every order feels made for one person.
