30-day guarantee

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or different from your approved preview, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping – you do not need to send the item back.

Personalized items

Because each item is made just for you with your text, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for spelling mistakes in text you entered. Please check your preview carefully before ordering.

Cancellations

You can cancel or change an order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it, before production starts.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
